Payment is required at the time of service through debit cards, credit cards, cash, or checks. New Clarity Counseling does not file for reimbursement through insurance companies or other third-party payers. Clients will be given a receipt for payment that includes the necessary information they will need to file a claim with their insurance company.
The costs for services is as follows:
Counseling Services: $140 (50 minute session)
Cancellation Fee: $75 (cancellation without 24 hour notice)
Group Counseling: $25 (per session)
Phone Sessions: $35 (15 minute increments)
